Weekend Agape Gift Information
 

Agape Basics

When packaging your agape to deliver to the Walk, it is quite helpful to the Team Assistants if you would label your agape for the particular day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and location (Bed, Table or Dining Room agape), as well as the number of pieces included.  Sometimes people even make agape for a particular talk (Was there a talk that specifically spoke to you, and you would like to provide Agape for that talk?).
 

   Agape for Pilgrims Only

o      Number of Pieces:
  -- Usually 43 pieces for Pilgrim's beds, larger walks may require a few more pieces. 
     Keep your eye here and we'll let you know if we are experiencing a "high attendance"
     weekend.
 

o      Label agape with the following:

        -- Agape Group providing the gifts (i.e. Reunion Group, Church Group, etc.) Please do put
      your group's name on the gifts, but no personal names.  The Pilgrims LOVE to see who the gifts are from.

        -- Number of pieces included

        -- Day the Agape should be delivered (These requests will be followed as
     closely as possible.)
 

Pilgrims & Team

o      Number of Pieces:
  -- Usually 73 pieces for entire conference room team. Again, larger walks may require a
     few more pieces.   Keep your eye here and we'll let you know if we are experiencing a
    "high attendance"  weekend.
 

o      Label agape with the following:

        -- Agape Group providing the gifts (i.e. Reunion Group, Church Group, etc.)
  -- Where to deliver Agape (Conference Room or Dining Room)

        -- Number of pieces included

        -- Day the Agape should be delivered (These requests will be followed as

           closely as possible.)

Talk agape

o      Number of Pieces:
  -- Usually 73 pieces for entire conference room team. Again, larger walks may require a
     few more pieces.   Keep your eye here and we'll let you know if we are experiencing a
    "high attendance"  weekend.
 

o      Label agape with the following:

        -- Agape Group providing the gifts (i.e. Reunion Group, Church Group, etc.)
  -- Number of pieces included

        -- Day you would like the Agape to be delivered (Day, Talk Name)
